Comments: Had both knees replaced Aug. and Dec. 2020. Dr. Etschiedt performed second replacement due to other dr. being sick. Extremely happy with Dr. Etschiedt, along with my other surgeon and the entire Chrystal Clinic. Despite coved restrictions and sudden change in surgeons, can't think of a single mixup or any confusion with scheduling. Staff in hospital and clinic offices have been great. And of course the new knees are coming along nicely. Would recommend without hesitation.
